Nested Plug Followers

A plug follower is the tool that holds a cylinder together while you take it apart. It slides in behind the plug to keep the top pins and springs seated as you push the plug out, so you can gut, repin, and reassemble a lock without scattering its guts across the bench. The Nested Plug Followers give you three of them in the space of one.

Three sizes, one footprint

You get 14mm, 12.7mm, and 10mm followers. The 10mm slides down inside the 12.7mm, and the 12.7mm threads into the 14mm, so the whole set nests into a single follower. One piece to carry, nothing loose to lose, and every size right where you need it.

The end of the 10mm follower doubles as a Schlage cap removal tool, so you can pop the cap on a Schlage core to gut and repin it without reaching for another tool.
