APEX Pinning Tray

A pinning tray and a lid for your APEX Evo trays - milled from a single plate of aluminum.

The APEX Pinning Tray gives you a solid surface for gutting and reassembling locks, then caps your Evo trays when the job is done. Seven V-groove slots grip pins and springs instead of letting them scatter, and the numbered 1-7 layout keeps your chambers in order as you load a core. Set two small cores side by side, or a single large mortise cylinder, and work with everything laid out in front of you.

A large recessed prep area swallows the overflow - spare pins, springs, screws, clips, and anything else you don't want wandering off the bench. Because the bay is sunk into the tray, one bump won't send your parts rolling across the room.

When you're finished, the tray snaps onto the face of an APEX Evo tray as a lid. Sandwich it between two Evo trays and it links them into one tidy block, so your whole APEX system stacks together. Machined from aluminum to shrug off a lifetime of bench abuse.
